You can arrive any time on Friday to set up camp. Please check in with one of the host family members upon arrival. Note, no scheduled activities are set until dinner at approximately 5:00PM. Any meals/activities before this time are on your own. Have fun!

Saturday

Brunch 9am-11am

Kick off the day with a hearty breakfast featuring our family favorites! Enjoy reconnecting with loved ones, sharing stories, and setting the tone for a day filled with laughter, fun, and celebration!

Kids Competition 1130am - 1230pm

It's time to watch as the young cousins show us how it's done and take on some fun competitions that will test their skills and speed. Let's cheer them on and let them know we are routing for them!

Gandara Games 1pm - 3pm

We'll break into groups and let the games begin! Get ready for some friendly competition, exciting challenges, and plenty of laughs along the way!

Camp Activities 330pm - 6pm

It's time to try your hand in other activities available in camp. Join a basketball game, adventure out on a hike, throw some horseshoes, or participate in a scavenger hunt. Enjoy the great outdoors and have fun with family.

Dinner/Music/Dancing 6pm - 11pm

Let’s end our reunion with warmth, laughter, and celebration! Gather for a delicious BBQ dinner, indulge in some s’mores by the fire, and then bring your best moves to the dance floor!

Breakfast & Cleanup 8am-1130a + Farewells

As our family reunion comes to a close, let’s enjoy a continental breakfast. Then, it’s time to pitch in! Pack up your tents, tidy up personal spaces, and lend a hand in the shared areas to make cleanup quick and easy for everyone. Let’s wrap up this unforgettable gathering on a strong note!​
